What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us:

Enquiry / catering form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), event date, location, guest numbers and your message.
Mailing list: your email address, if you choose to sign up.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange catering, bookings or trailer hire.
To send you updates about Mae-Jah Munch — only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We will never sell your information or share it for marketing purposes.

How your form is processed

Our website forms are delivered using Web3Forms, a form-handling service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Your message is sent securely and stored in our email account. We don't run a separate customer database.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to deal with your request and our records, and mailing-list emails until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

Ask what personal information we hold about you;
Ask us to correct or delete it;
Withdraw consent (e.g. unsubscribe from our mailing list);
