Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Mae-Jah Munch website and to enquiries you make through it. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Using this website
The content on this site — text, images, logos and menu — belongs to Mae-Jah Munch and is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy or reuse it without our permission. We do our best to keep prices, menu items and information up to date, but they may change without notice.
Enquiries & bookings
- Submitting the enquiry form is a request, not a confirmed booking or contract.
- Every event is quoted individually based on menu, guest numbers, location and service style. We'll confirm availability, pricing and any deposit in writing before a booking is agreed.
- Specific booking, deposit and cancellation terms will be set out in your quote/booking confirmation.
Food & allergens
All our meat is halal. All food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts and egg, and we cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contamination. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us before ordering. Any dietary tags shown on the website are provisional — always check with us.
Links to other sites
Our website may link to third-party sites and services (such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Web3Forms and Google Maps). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Liability
This website is provided "as is". While we take care to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
